Somewhere right now a fifteen-year-old is building something that could change how we clean water, store energy or diagnose disease — and nobody will ever hear about it. Inovio exists to close that gap: to make early invention visible, credible and connectable, wherever it comes from.

Early work rarely looks impressive. We make it legible instead — the problem, the approach, the evidence and the stage — so serious people can judge it fairly.
Credibility over hype
Verification badges describe checks we actually performed. We never dress a check up as an endorsement, a guarantee or investment advice.
Safety first for young creators
Under-18 participation will open only after guardian verification and moderated contact are operational.
Support has many shapes
Money is one form of help. Mentorship, lab access, manufacturing, testing and simply amplifying a project can matter more at this stage.

What Inovio is not
Inovio is a discovery, storytelling and networking platform. It does not process real securities, take custody of money, issue shares, execute investment contracts, promise returns, provide financial advice, or claim any regulated investment status. Investment features remain disabled.
