What Inovio does — and what it deliberately does not.

Inovio does not process real securities, custody money, issue shares, execute investment contracts, promise returns, provide financial advice, or claim regulated investment status.

1. Platform limitations

Inovio is a discovery, storytelling and networking platform for early-stage innovation. Its function is to make projects visible and to facilitate introductions.

Inovio does not: process real securities; take custody of, hold or transmit money; issue shares or any other financial instrument; execute investment contracts; promise, project or guarantee returns; provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice; or claim any regulated investment status or licence.

Investment functionality and payments are disabled. No financial transaction is created, recorded or settled.

2. Any future funding functionality

If Inovio later enables funding activity, it would be delivered by licensed third-party partners operating under the applicable regulation in each jurisdiction, with their own onboarding, suitability, disclosure and record-keeping obligations.

Nothing on this site constitutes an offer, invitation or solicitation to buy or subscribe for securities, nor a recommendation of any project.

3. Early-stage risk notice

Early-stage innovation carries a high risk of total loss. Most early projects fail. Prototypes may not scale, timelines commonly slip, regulatory approval may never arrive and intellectual property may be contested.

Support given through Inovio should be treated as support, not as an expectation of financial return. Never commit money you cannot afford to lose, and take independent professional advice before any financial decision.

4. What verification means

Verification badges describe specific checks Inovio performed — for example that an identity document was reviewed, that a guardian was contacted, or that a prototype was demonstrated on video.

A badge is not an endorsement, a scientific peer review, a due-diligence report, a quality guarantee, or investment advice. Claims made by inventors are their own.

5. Intellectual property

Inventors retain all rights in their inventions and content. Publishing on Inovio grants only the licence needed to display and promote the listing on the platform.

Public disclosure can affect patentability in some jurisdictions. Consider professional IP advice before publishing confidential technical detail, and share only what makes your idea understandable rather than copyable.

6. Minors and safeguarding

Under-18 submissions are not accepted at launch. Guardian verification and moderated introductions must be operational before participation opens.

Attempting to contact a young creator outside Inovio's moderated channels is a breach of the community rules and can result in removal.

7. Privacy summary

Inovio stores account email, authentication details, display name and submitted project descriptions in Lovable Cloud. Your password is handled by the authentication service. Your profile is private to you and authorized administrators; approved project descriptions are public.

Project submissions are retained for review and administration. Do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential inventions. Contact lauriii.business@gmail.com for privacy questions, corrections, or account deletion requests.

8. Project content

Published projects are submitted by creators and reviewed before discovery. Claims remain the responsibility of the submitter and are not independently validated by Inovio.

No Future 100 ranking has been published. Future selections will be editorial, not valuations or investment recommendations.
