Trust is the product. These rules are absolute.
- Sponsored placements are always visibly labelled “Sponsored”.
- Sponsorship never changes search relevance, ranking order or the Future 100.
- Sponsored slots are separate units — they never replace or displace an organic result.
- Verification badges can never be bought, upgraded or influenced by spend.
- Sponsored content is reviewed against the same safeguarding rules as any listing.
- Projects by creators under 18 cannot be sponsored by third parties without verified guardian consent.
Investment functionality — coming later, by design
Inovio is built so that funding can one day run through licensed partners. Until then it stays switched off.
The architecture separates discovery from any future transaction layer. If and when Inovio works with regulated investment or crowdfunding partners, those partners would run onboarding, suitability, disclosures and settlement under their own licences, and Inovio could earn a platform or service fee for origination and tooling.
Inovio does not process real securities, custody money, issue shares, execute investment contracts, promise returns, provide financial advice, or claim regulated investment status. All investment functionality is disabled.
