Technology scouting

Tell us what you need. We find who is building it.

A scouting mandate goes beyond keyword search: we match against every project on Inovio, invite relevant inventors who have not published yet, screen for stage and evidence, and hand you a shortlist you can act on.

How a mandate runs

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need

Describe the technology, capability or material you are looking for, plus constraints: sector, region, readiness level and timeline.

  2. 02

    We define the mandate

A Inovio scouting lead turns your brief into a searchable mandate with clear inclusion and exclusion criteria.

  3. 03

    We search beyond the listings

We match against every Inovio project, invite relevant inventors who have not published yet, and screen for stage and evidence.

  4. 04

    You receive a shortlist

A curated shortlist with problem, approach, stage, evidence and Future Index — plus moderated introductions to the teams you pick.

Custom pricing

Every mandate is different, so we price each one individually rather than publishing a rate card.

Scope

Number of technology areas, depth of screening and how many shortlists you need.

Reach

Sectors, regions and languages the mandate must cover, including targeted outreach.

Timeline

Standard mandates run 6–10 weeks; accelerated mandates are priced accordingly.

Scouting fees cover research, matching and coordination. Inovio takes no commission on any deal, licence or agreement you reach with an inventor, and arranges no investment.
